Between Vern and Randy we have over 40 years of building experience.
Keilman & Sikora Construction Co., Inc. has been a top builder
in the area over 18 years. We have contracted over 40 homes in the
last 7 years, and we have many more under construction. As we are
also carpenters on the job, we are very involved in the building
process. Our experience will benefit you as we answer our questions
about the construction of your home. It will also benefit you if
you need us to alter the basic floor plan of your home. We can always
customize your home plan to suit your individual style. We believe
our experience has tremendous effect on the over satisfaction of
our customers.
We strive to
make the building process as easy and as smooth as possible. We
customize prints and change little details whenever possible. We
give our customers timelines and lists so they are fully aware of
when they need to make each decision. We are always to meet with
the customers throughout the building process to help them feel
comfortable and informed. We are also patient when it comes to decisions
we know are tough to make. Overall, we take great pride in the fact
that we care about our customers. We understand that this is a house
of their dreams and that there are many decisions to be made. We
also establish strong, positive working relationships with out customers
and are proud to have built a second home for one of our customers.

Keilman & Sikora Construction Co., Inc. supports the local community
and churches through both involvement and advertising. Keilman &
Sikora Construction sponsors softball teams in both Schererville
and St. John town leagues. We also sponsor ads in two community
church bulletins. Recently, we have become involved with the Schererville
Rotary, and we both look forward to more involvement in the future.
We have also been active members of the Building Industry Association
for eight years. Through this organization, we have participated
in the Parade of Homes, lobbied for laws benefiting new homebuyers,
and volunteered our time at fund raising events.
